Back to the childhood memories

Hosting ambassadors from different nations at the Saadabad Historical Complex was far more than a formal diplomatic engagement; it was a challenge in experience design and project management. Our objective in this project was to reinterpret an authentic cultural ritual within a contemporary framework—one that could deliver a refined and immersive ceremonial experience for guests from diverse cultural backgrounds.

The project’s greatest challenge stemmed from the historical limitations of the Saadabad Palace itself, where the installation of infrastructure and any on-site cooking operations were strictly prohibited. These restrictions required the Noha team to develop a fully independent and meticulously coordinated logistical strategy.

All catering preparations and technical infrastructure were executed from out side of saadabad complex prior to the event, while the strict timing requirements of an iftar reception demanded flawless synchronization between every operational team involved.

To ensure a seamless and uninterrupted execution, the operational scenario was designed with engineering-level precision, allowing the supply chain—from workshops and preparation sites to the final service within the ceremonial venue—to function as a fully integrated system.

Visual Identity
as the Unifying Thread

We believe that spatial design should reflect the spirit and identity of a project. Based on this philosophy, the concept of the “Iranian Spring” was selected as the project’s shared visual language.

The use of vibrant floral compositions—including tulips, orchids, and roses—set against rich green velvet table linens created a sense of freshness and evoked the vitality of spring. At the same time, the visual diversity subtly referenced the cultural richness and ethnic diversity of Iran, while preserving the overall harmony of the environment.
